Making deep listening possible and changing the rules of the game to gain complicity. Responsible collaboration, decisions, conflict.

The problem

I accompany organisations in moving from perplexity, irritation and the feeling of going round in circles towards an acceleration of cooperation and the emergence of complicity.

Making a decision, or getting into a tangle? You do not have to choose, and you do not have to go through a maze of complicated practices and meeting overload that wears everyone out.

The impossible is created by our mental structures, which define what is possible or not, by assumption.

Human groups generally seek new results without changing the way they think.

What I do with you

01

Decision making

I invite and stimulate everyone's creativity in my spaces. Each person's responsibility is invited, in order to discover what blocks and limits the capacity to do things together.

02

Negotiating

Horizontal or hierarchical? The proposal is to stop comparing one system with another, and to start using everyone's intelligence to negotiate beyond the status quo.

03

Innovating together

In a group that knows itself, ideas and energies for cooperating can fly. I favour winning-result spaces, a pragmatic approach to responsible collaboration, where compromise manufactures lose-lose.

03

Who this is for

I accompany people and organisations sensitive to personal, social and ecological change, those for whom evolving and cooperating go hand in hand.

The set-up and the price

Content in preparation

How many sessions, over what period, with what group size, for what amount. For a space addressing organisations, this is the decisive block.

This block is waiting for Gabriel's material. It is shown here so its place in the page is visible.

A reference

One organisation accompanied, even anonymised: a farming collective of twelve people, a cultural association. No organisation gives a testimonial today, and this is the site's heaviest gap.

07

In the meantime, two group voices

These two testimonials speak of collective dynamics, without coming from an organisation he accompanied.

It is striking how, with more people, things move even faster.

It really is a good space for going beyond your comfort zone, and allowing yourself to ask others for help.
